My Own Parallel Universe

I had heard before that “love sometimes isn’t enough” and I always thought it was such a sad and horrible thing to say, but I’m beginning to think it’s true.

There are circumstances that love can’t overcome, not because there is a lack of love, but because it’s just not the time.

Seeing my good friend go through the hardships of a long distance relationship without a reunion date, I’ve seen that love sometimes isn’t enough. They love each other, but life has them living very far apart for reasons they can’t even control. 

I guess sometimes, there is really nothing you can do.

What would you do? Keep fighting for something that you don’t even know will come and that makes you sad everyday or try to move on?
